New Delhi, June 14, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Indian Army Chief, General Bipin Rawat, has admitted that the Kashmiri youth are continuously joining the freedom struggle in occupied Kashmir. He has impliedly confessed India’s defeat in subduing militant movement.
General Rawat in an interview with the Economic Times said, “The issue is that a lot of locals are joining militancy. We kill them and more would join….this cycle of recruitment of local youth can go on and on. So talks must happen.” The Indian army chief maintained that peace must be given a chance in Jammu and Kashmir.
