Islamabad, July 23, 2021 (PPI-OT):Vice Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples Movement, Abdul Majeed Malik, Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement, Qazi Imran and Convener of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Association, Khalid Shabbir have paid glowing tributes to prominent Mujahid Commander, Haji Noor Hussain of Pir Panjal in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on his 21st martyrdom anniversary.
Indian troops had martyred Haji Noor Hussain, alias Daryai Baba Shaheed, at Mandhar in Poonch district on July 23, 2001. Abdul Majeed Malik, Qazi Imran and Khalid Shabbir in a joint statement in Islamabad said that Haji Noor Hussain had unprecedented contribution for the freedom movement of Kashmir.
They said that after Haji Noor Hussain, his son, Mohammad Iqbal continued the freedom struggle and he was also martyred by Indian troops on March 4, 2003. They reiterated the martyrs’ mission to take the freedom movement to its logical conclusion and would offer any kind of sacrifice in this regard.
