KARACHI: The gold price in Pakistan on Friday decreased, despite the greenback continues its upward trajectory against the rupees.

The price of 24-carat gold has decreased by Rs700 per tola. With this decline, the price of 24-carat gold reached Rs135,300 per tola.

Yesterday, the price of 24-carat gold was Rs136,000 per tola. The price of 10-gram gold of 24-carat has also been decreased by Rs600 to reach Rs115,998.

The price of 10-gram gold of 22-carat has also dropped and now is being traded for Rs106,331.

The price of 10-gram silver of 24-carat has remained stable by Rs1337.44. In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has also been dropped by $28. The international rate for the gold per ounce has now reached $1818.
