Karachi, October 11, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Government of Sindh has in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 (6) Cr. PC imposed complete ban against factory owners, wholesalers, retailers and users of Gutka within the Jurisdiction of district Thatta with immediate effect for a period of ninety (90) days.
The SHOs of the concerned Police Stations are authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr. PC against the violators.
