Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has expressed his gratitude to US President Donald Trump for acknowledging the professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces and discussed plans to enhance Sindh IT sector.

According to a statement by Sindh Governor House, he highlighted President Trump’s remarks as a rebuttal to anti-Pakistan propaganda, emphasizing the importance of a peaceful image for the country. During an event at Numaish Chowrangi in Karachi, Mr Tessori praised philanthropists like Ali Shekhani for promoting positive perceptions of Pakistan.

Tessori commended the military for thwarting a terrorist attack in Wana Cantonment and stressed the vigilance of security forces. He appealed to the Prime Minister for uninterrupted gas supply in Karachi, mentioning a discussion with the MD of Sui Southern Gas Company.

The governor announced plans for over one million people to attend Iftar dinners at Governor House and highlighted daily lucky draws offering residential plots.

Governor Tessori pledged to tackle Karachi’s traffic issues during Iftar, instructing police officials to ensure smooth operations. He also called on the Vegetable and Fruit Association and Commissioner Karachi to enforce price controls, while distributing prizes at the event.
