Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi met with Member of the National Assembly and Polio Eradication Ambassador, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, to deliberate on critical issues facing the province.
According to a report on Sunday, the discussion primarily revolved around the law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the ongoing challenges in eradicating polio. Concerns were voiced regarding the provincial government’s apparent lack of initiative in addressing public grievances,
The meeting also saw the presentation of proposals for a robust plan aimed at curbing the surge in polio cases, with oversight to be provided by the Governor’s House.
Aseefa lauded Governor Kundi’s efforts in championing women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and promoting interfaith harmony, which she noted as being in line with the progressive vision of the late Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
