Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori hosted the 20th Ittehad-e-Ramzan Iftar Dinner at the Governor House, drawing a large crowd of women, children, and senior citizens. The event celebrated unity and welfare, with prominent figures like journalist Irshad Bhatti, social activist Ali Sheikhani, and JDC’s Zafar Abbas also in attendance.

Governor Tessori highlighted the sacrifices of Hazrat Ali (Karam Allah Wajhu) and prayed for Pakistan’s prosperity. He reaffirmed the Governor House’s open-door policy and its commitment to public service without discrimination.

Special focus was placed on women, children, and senior citizens, with the Governor pledging welfare initiatives dedicated to improving their well-being and opportunities.

Irshad Bhatti praised the Governor’s welfare and IT education programs for their positive impact. Ali Sheikhani announced job opportunities for IT students, while Zafar Abbas commended the transformation of the Governor House into a public service hub.

A lucky draw added excitement to the evening, with Abdul Shahid winning a 120-yard plot, Muhammad Shehzad securing an Umrah ticket, and Khadija Bibi winning a motorcycle. Maria Afaq Ahmed, a previous winner, received her plot documents.

Governor Sindh also distributed cash Eidi to children, bringing smiles to their faces. The Ittehad-e-Ramzan Iftar Dinners continue daily, fostering unity and public welfare throughout Ramadan.
