QUETTA:Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan has issued office order for observing office timing.
An office order issued by Planning and Development Department issued here on Thursday states, “During inspection/ visit of offices/ rooms of Planning and Development Department by the Admin Section of this Department Thursday at 11:00 AM it was observed that most of the officers/ officials of P and D Department had not reached the office till that time.
This act is tantamount to negligence and liable for taking action under relevant government rules. It is appropriate to mention that any accrued financial benefits on account of preparation of PSDP activities could be curtailed/ withdrawn, if the staff does not attend office on time specially during PSDP 2020-21 preparation.
It further says, “All staff members (Officers / Officials) of P and D Department are; therefore, requested to kindly observe official timing which is 8:00 AM in the morning for maintaining better discipline in the office”.
