Islamabad, January 30, 2018 (PPI-OT): Minister of State for Power, Abid Sher Ali says the government has enhanced electricity production to 21,000 megawatt from 13,000 megawatt during its present tenure. Addressing an open Katchehri at Wapda Complex Kasur, he said 5,000 megawatt more electricity will be added to national grid by summer 2018. He said that Neelam-Jhelum Hydro-power project will be completed till April.
