President Azad Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan says the government is focusing on socio economic development of the masses besides overcoming unemployment.
He was talking to Chairman Azad Kashmir Ehtesab Bureau Raja Muhammad Aslam who called on him in Muzaffarabad on Thursday and presented him bureau’s Annual Report, 2017.
Masood Khan said AJK government has established a three-point agenda with focus on accelerating the freedom struggle in Indian Occupied Kashmir, practicing good governance through transparency, upholding merit and economic development.
He stressed growing economic activities in AJK and implementation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and on-going hydropower projects need effective monitoring.
Masood Khan urged that relevant institutions must establish a culture of accountability and transparency to defeat scourges of corruption and misgovernance.
