Minister for National Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain today assured that the government is making efforts to secure better crop prices, including wheat, to support farmers and enhance their livelihoods.
Speaking to the media in Muridke, he emphasized the government’s commitment to increasing agricultural production to strengthen food security. He stated that farmers will receive fair prices for their crops, and measures are being implemented to provide them with necessary relief.
Responding to a question, the Minister dismissed the possibility of any opposition movement after Eid, stating that PTI leaders have resorted to using both harsh rhetoric and legal pleas as part of their political strategy.
Rana further remarked that PTI has now become a part of history.
