Trade activities at Gwadar Port are gaining momentum due to the efforts of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), driving export growth and increasing investor confidence in the region.

The Economic Coordination Committee has approved the export of potassium sulfate fertilizer by AGVEN Private Limited, a company operating in the Gwadar Free Zone. This decision is expected to initiate exports and attract further investment in the zone.

Projections indicate that AGVEN’s exports for this year will reach seven million dollars, marking a key development for economic stability.

With the support of SIFC, the Gwadar Free Zone has been exempted from the Export Policy Order, enabling export-oriented businesses to expand operations efficiently.

Additionally, the Gwadar Free Zone presents significant investment potential in industries such as leather and mineral processing, contributing to economic growth and trade expansion.
