Rawalpindi, March 12, 2019 (PPI-OT): H.E Mr. Stephen Augustus Lovegrove CB Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence United Kingdom, called on General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee at Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi. Matters related to bilateral security and defence cooperation and regional security environment were discussed during the meeting.
Both sides reaffirmed the resolve to continue supporting efforts for peace and stability in the region.
H.E Mr. Stephen Augustus Lovegrove CB appreciated the professionalism of Pakistan Armed Forces and sacrifices made by Pakistan in war against terrorism.
