The Quality Assurance Division of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) conducted a comprehensive training session aimed at improving the data management skills of PQR Focal Persons from higher education institutions.
Held at the HEC Regional Center in Lahore, the session was designed to enhance participants’ capabilities in managing and updating university program data on the Pakistan Qualification Register (PQR).
Attendees included representatives from the National Textile University (NTU), such as Mr. Muhammad Haroon, Assistant Director QEC, and Syed Arshad Abbas, Data Analyst. The training focused on standardizing institutional data on the PQR portal to ensure data accuracy and completeness, aligning with the HEC’s goal of upholding high standards of quality assurance in higher education.
Key topics covered during the session included PQR data submission, validation procedures, and best practices for maintaining current academic records. A Q and A session concluded the event, offering participants the opportunity to address their questions and engage with HEC officials.
