THATTA: HESCO officers, along with their team, raided various areas of Thatta on Friday and cut off several illegal power connections and transformers.
Mukhtiar Shah of HESCO along with SDO Shahbaz Ali Bhart, Waheed Ali Rind, Baz Muhammad Bhayo, Arshad Arain conducted an operation against the power theft in Turkish Colony, Sabra Goth and Makli Society in the city. They also cut off several transformers and wires and confiscated the wires.
Shah stated on this occasion that thieves of electricity would not be tolerated at all. He said that the power consumers would have to pay their dues as soon as possible; otherwise, no one will be forgiven.
“We are with the power consumers to solve their legitimate problems,” he said. Shah also informed the power consumers to pay their electricity dues and install meters.
