QUETTA:Women and children Monday blocked Western Bypass as a protest against low gas pressure in this chilly weather, demanding from the SSGC’s authorities to restore gas facility.
The women and children chanting slogans against the gas authorities. They demanded to address the issue of low gas pressure as people had been confronting severe hardships owing to non-availability of gas in their area amid chilly weather.
They said that time and again the authorities of SSGC had been informed in black and white for addressing the issue, but no step had so far been taken. They called on Chief Justice Supreme Court and other authorities to take notice of the issue and provide gas facility to the dwellers of Quetta city.
