Hurriyat leaders condole death of Muzaffar Shah

Islamabad, May 10, 2021 (PPI-OT): The Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement Vice Chairman, Abdul Majeed Malik, Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement Vice Chairman, Qazi Imran, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Association, Vice Chairman Khalid Shabbir and Jammu and Kashmir United Forum representative, Dr Sajjad Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Peace Foundation Vice Chairman, Abdul Majeed Sheikh, Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Vice Chairman, Adeel Butt, Jammu and Kashmir Sira Committee representative, Khawaja Naeem, Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement District Bagh President, Tariq Butt, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement, District Bagh President, Muhammad Shafi Kashmiri and Muhajireen District Bagh Patron General, Farooq Butt have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Hurriyat leader, Muzaffar Hussain Shah.

In a joint statement issued in Islamabad, they also expressed grief over the death of the mother of Hurriyat leader, Zahid Safi and brother-in-law of senior Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Farooq Rahmani.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved families, they prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls and eternal peace and give courage to the bereaved families to bear the irreparable losses.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement led by Khawaja Firdous went to the residence of Muzaffar Hussain Shah in Srinagar the other day and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family. Khawaja Firdous on the occasion prayed for the highest level of Muzaffar Hussein Shah. Later, the delegation visited the house of the sister-in-law of senior Hurriyat leader Mohammad Farooq Rahani and expressed solidarity with the aggrieved family.
