Imran Khan is not going anywhere: Sheikh Rashid

QUETTA:Federal Minister for Railway Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that Imran Khan is not going anywhere as the government will complete its constitutional tenure.

Addressing a press conference at Railway Rest House Zarghoon Road here on Thursday with Qasim Khan Suri, Deputy Speaker National Assembly, he said those who were talking about “Vote Ko Ezat Do” give respect to vote, were in reality the jeopardizing the lives the people.

He added opposition could not do anything to Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that present government was going to complete its five-year constitutional period. He added Pak Army and Chief of Army Staff were rendering great sacrifices for the country and nation. He said the whole world was experiencing crises. In India framers were on strike while change was being observed in USA, China, and Arab countries, said Sheikh Rashid.

He said neither Pakistan had recognized Israel nor had the name of Israel been included in the passport. He remarked that owing to the policies of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India had become a Hindu state where no one was secure.

In reply to a question, Sheikh Rashid said that in politics, doors of dialogue remained open. Earlier, while making announcement to handover Quetta-Chaman passenger train to a private sector, he said that soon railway track would be laid upto Afghanistan’s bordering area Spin Boldak, adding that government of Pakistan was ready to ready extend railway track even to Qandhar city of Afghanistan. He said with the exception of Lahore, liabilities of pensioners from Grade-1 to Grade-4 in all the Divisions had already been paid.
