ISLAMABAD:In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 along with sb-section 2(a) of EOB Act, 1976, of Employees Old-Age Benefits Act, 1976 the Federal Government is pleased to allow increase in the EOBI minimum pension from Rs.6,500 to 8,500/- per month along with 30% increase in formula pension, with effect from 1st January, 2002.
In this regard a notification has already been issued.
