Jammu, September 27, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian Border Security Force (BSF) Head Constable was found dead in Udhampure district of Jammu region. The Head Constable of 16-battalion was found dead under mysterious circumstances during duty at STC Training Center BSF in the district.
Surinder Kumar was found unconscious during duty and was rushed to District Hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead. Apparent cause of death could not be ascertained while Udhampur Police have registered a case. On the other hand, Indian Police Station Reasi claimed arresting two notorious drug peddlers and recovered heroin from their possession in Talwara area of Reasi.
Meanwhile, a protest was held against the Dharam Raj Construction Pvt Ltd Company, engaged in executing road up-gradation project from Rajouri to Bufliaz in Planghar area of Tehsil Thannamandi in Rajouri district.
The protestors were shouting slogans against the Company management for not paying their wages of the past 4 months. The protesting workers told media that they were employed in the company and for the initial two months, salary was given to them timely but after that from last three month no salary was given to them. On the other hand, two residential houses were gutted in an overnight blaze at Zurhama in Kupwara district, rendering three families homeless, locals said.
