Indian troops launch CASOs in Pulwama, Shopian

Srinagar, April 09, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops launched cordon and search operations different areas of Pulwama and Shopian districts, today. Indian army, paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force and Special Operation Group led the massive operations at Satoora, Khangund and Sogund in Tral areas of the district. All the entry and exit points of the areas have been sealed by the forces and the operation was going on till last reports came in. The authorities also suspended Mobile internet services in South Kashmir.

Indian forces also launched a cordon and search operation in Turkwangam village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district. Locals informed media that a joint team of Indian army, paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force and Special Operation Group cordoned all the roads leading to the village and conducted searches in the area.
