Srinagar, January 24, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has strongly reacted to the issuance of non-bailable warrant against illegally detained party chairman, Shabbir Ahmad Shah despite his imprisonment in Tihar jail Delhi from July 2017 in a fake case.
The JKDFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said the family of Shabbir Shah was surprised to receive a non-bailable warrant against him from a Jammu court in an old fake case of 1998. He said that it was ridiculous on part of the authorities who have placed Shabir Shah in Tihar jail from July 2017 to issue warrant against him.
Terming the act as frustration of the authorities and part of, the spokesman said Shabir Shah has already completed 32 years of imprisonment and imperialistic tactics like issuing of non-bailable warrant against the JKDFP chairman won’t break his resolve. Meanwhile, the spokesman paid rich tributes to the youth martyred by the Indian forces in Baramulla, yesterday.
