Srinagar, August 19, 2018 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) in an extra-ordinary meeting, today, in Islamabad town discussed the present political situation. The JKPL Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza presided over the meeting. Senior party members Nisar Ahmad Rather, Engineer Fayaz Ahmed, Jaffar Kashmir, Shabbir Ahmad, Yasin Ahmad and Javaid Ahmad also attended it.
Mukhtar Waza speaking on the occasion expressed serious concern over the plight of political prisoners languishing in different jails of India and the occupied territory and demanded their immediate release.
