Mayor Karachi, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, has decided to take action against AK Khan and Brothers, a company, and its owner Abdul Khaliq for blaming against the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation’s (KMC) Technical Services Wing and initiating a false campaign regarding the involvement of KMC officers in corruption and illegal activities.

According to a statement issued from KMC, the mayor also decided that defamation case will be filed against the company and its owner in a court. It was also decided that the KMC will blacklist the company, according to the statement.

This action is being taken in response to false accusations made via video against KMC officers of the Technical Services Wing, in which they have also blamed the honorable courts of law.

During the legal proceedings, KMC will not enter into any contract with AK Khan and Brothers P-562, Block S, Bilalabad, North Nazimabad, near Ship Owners College, Karachi, or any representatives of the company. This action is being taken in response to false accusations made via video against KMC officers of the Technical Services Wing, in which they have also blamed the honorable courts of law.
