Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) City Councilor Javed Yousuf reiterated the commitment that the party’s public service initiatives would continue under the guidance of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, whom he described as the representative of the country’s future.

In a statement issued today on the party’s foundation day, Yousuf emphasized that the PPP has proven its commitment to resolving the mega-city’s extensive issues through significant improvements in urban infrastructure, including road networks, transport systems, and health and sanitation services.

He said that the sacrifices made for democratic supremacy and the people’s right to rule are the party’s core asset.

According to the councilor, the PPP is the only political party in the country that truly represents democracy, public welfare, and federal harmony.

He further announced that additional development projects will be launched in various Union Councils (UCs) of Karachi in the coming months, adding that the party’s local government representatives are active in resolving public issues across all districts of the city.

Yousuf explained that the foundation day is an opportunity for party members to renew their commitment to the vision of service, development, and reconciliation presented by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He described the day as a reaffirmation of loyalty to the political ideologies of former leaders Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto.

The city councilor also expressed confidence in the upcoming public meeting in Korangi, predicting it would be a successful demonstration of the workers’ enthusiasm, organizational unity, and the public popularity of the party leadership.

Concluding his statement, Yousuf reiterated the party’s resolve to continue its efforts for the development, peace, and enhancement of facilities in Karachi.
