President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has praised the efforts of the Kashmir Peace Forum International in the UK to highlight the Kashmir issue and expose Indian atrocities in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement on Tuesday, he stated that it is now time for Kashmiris residing around the world, especially those in the UK, to intensify their efforts for the resolution of the Kashmir issue and to raise awareness about the ongoing Indian oppression in occupied Kashmir. He emphasized that India has severely restricted the livelihood of the Kashmiri people and has deprived them of their fundamental rights.

He expressed these views during a detailed meeting with a delegation from the Kashmir Peace Forum International UK, led by Convenor Chaudhry Majid Ismail, at the President House in Muzaffarabad.

Also present at the meeting were Barrister Karamat Hussain, President of the Kashmir Peace Forum International, Chaudhry Khadim Hussain, President of the Kashmir Peace Forum International Midlands, and former advisor Chaudhry Shaban.
