LARKANA:Kaleemullah Abbasi, 45, younger brother of Inspector General of Police (IGP), KPK, Sanaullah Abbasi, died in a road accident near Khairpur Nathan Shah on Saturday morning.
His body was shifted to the Chandka Medical College Hospital where doctors confirmed his death. Kaleemullah was working as Deputy Director, Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Karachi, and was coming to Larkana after celebrating Eid at Karachi when his car met with an unfortunate accident. His driver was injured. Sources alleged that the driver was asleep when the tragic accident occurred due to which the car turned turtle after hitting a bike near Reeghpur village on Indus Highway.
His body was handed over to the heirs after fulfillment of legal formalities which was laid to rest at his native village Dodo Sanhri after offering funeral prayer at Tank Chowk Railway Ground. A large number of citizens, notables, SSP Imran Qureshi and other police officers, including his brother Sanaullah Abbasi, participated in the funeral prayer.
