Lawyers from Tando Muhammad Khan District Bar Association undergo a weeklong training at Federal Judicial Academy 

Islamabad, October 16, 2021 (PPI-OT):The Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, launched a one-week training on “Continuing Legal Education” for 27 lawyers from Tando Muhammad Khan District Bar Association on October 11, 2021. While inaugurating the training course, Director General of the Academy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah said, ““Lawyers are the key stakeholders of our administration of justice system. Like other stakeholders of the system, training is essential for furthering professional development of lawyers. The Academy has designed and developed this one-week training course to build your capacity to represent clients in cases in an effective manner.”

He further stated, This Academy is determined to play its due role to strengthen the quality of administration of justice system in the country. The Academy has incorporated such subjects for your training for example “Emotional Intelligence”, “Art of Advocacy”, “Professional Ethics”, “Common mistakes in Pleadings“, “Steps in Civil Cases”, “Understanding Land Revenue”, Pre-Trial Procedure”, “Criminal Trial Procedure” “Medical Jurisprudence”, “IT Orientation Session”, among others, will be the most useful for you both in your career growth and also coping with the emerging professional challenges.”
