Khairpur:Power outages continued to hit towns and villages of district Khairpur on Eid days. The people of Khairpur district suffered from power outages caused by SEPCO.
The business and social activities are badly affected due to power outages while heat has hit people hard. There is no respite in power outages despite Eid. The load-shedding and warm weather have made the life of people miserable. There is need to bring halt load-shedding at least on Eid days so that people could celebrate holy occasion with happy.
The power load shedding is being carried out in all villages and towns of the district with dare as rulers had turned shameless. The affected towns include Gamabat, Ranipur, Khairpur, Khuhra and others. The villages hit by load shedding are Razi Dero Kacho, Noor Pur, Sagyoon, Ripri, Kamal Dero, Khemtia, Jadowahan, Belharo and other. The People have been compelled to pass life in trouble as the towns are warmer than villages.
Imran Khan during political campaigns on containers and election drive have made big claims of resolving power outages issue, but there is not progress yet in controlling power outages.
