Lord Buddha’s sacred relics from Taxila, Pakistan arrived at Kandy

Islamabad, May 11, 2018 (PPI-OT): Most Sacred Relics of Lord Buddha brought from Pakistan are being exhibited for general public in Kandy District at Balagolla Budhist Centre on 11th May and at Ambanwela Raja Maha Vihara on 12th May. The Relics were received by Rev. Thalpotha Dhammajothi Thero, says a press release received here today from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Afterwards the Relics will be brought back to Colombo on 13th May 2018 for exposition at Sedawatte Purana Viharaya, Wellampitiya on 13-14 May and Gangaramaya Viharasthanaya on 15-16 May.
