ISLAMABAD:Minster for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has reiterated the government’s resolve to control inflation in the country.

In a statement on Friday, she said inflation is result of poor policies of PTI government that played havoc with the economy of the country during last three and half years. Reacting to PTI Chairman’s call for protest on Sunday, the Minister for Information said people have rejected Imran Khan’s politics of chaos and anarchy.

Meanwhile, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar on Friday said pre-judging the outcome of FATF plenary meeting and speculative reporting in this regard should be avoided.

In a tweet, she said the FATF Plenary meetings are continuing in Berlin, Germany and FATF will issue a Public Statement after conclusion of the meetings tonight. She said a media briefing will also be held at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad tomorrow (Saturday) morning on the issue.
