ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has stressed futuristic planning of curriculum keeping in view the market demands of modern age.

She said this while addressing a ceremony at Quaid-e-Azam University here in Islamabad on Wednesday. The Minister urged the government sector universities to acquaint and compete with the world evolving in Higher education.

She urged the students to promote positive image of Pakistan, culture and heritage through performing arts in this age of digital media. In this context, the Minister offered the platform of Ministry of Information and Technology to connect the youth to the Universities abroad to polish their skills on scientific lines.

Marriyum Aurangzeb urged to devise students assessment system compatible to the international standards. She said the Quaid-e-Azam university is ranked among top universities of the world. She said students of every culture and area study in the university.

Marriyum Aurangzeb declared the students as real asset of the Quaid-e-Azam university. Addressing the ceremony, Minister for Federal Education Rana Tanvir Hussain urged the need of drawing special attention towards skilled education.
