Martyrs of helicopter crash laid to rest with full military honours

ISLAMABAD: Corps Commander Quetta Shaheed Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali, Director General of Pakistan Coast Guard Major General Amjad Hanif and Commander Engineers 12 Corps Brigadier Muhammad Khalid, who embraced shahadat in Lasbela heli crash were laid to rest with full military honour at Army Graveyard in Rawalpindi on Thursday night.

Corps commander among six military personnel martyred in copter crash. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Federal Ministers, AJK Prime Minister, Foreign dignitaries and a large number of senior serving and retired military and civil officials and relatives of Shuhahda attended the Namaze Janaza. A contingent of Pakistan army presented the guard of honour. Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa presented National Flag to the relatives of Shuhada.
