KHAIRPUR:A minor girl was raped and then killed near Khairpur on Monday.
According to details, a poor girl, Moonika Larik, aged seven, a resident of village Loung Larij, working in the house in village Hadal Shah of Taluka Pirjo Goth, was returning back to home along with food for her family when she went missing.
As she did not reach home, her father and mother started the search for her. Later, her body was found from a banana orchard and was shifted to a local hospital where doctors confirmed that the girl was raped and then murdered. Police have lodged NC and started an investigation into the case. They have also arrested a suspect.
