Modi regime has snatched every right including right to life in IIOJK

Islamabad, October 05, 2021 (PPI-OT): Kashmiris’ every right including right to life has been snatched by Modi led Indian regime, a matter of great concern and worry for the global rights watchdogs. According to an analytical report released by Kashmir Media Service, international human rights organizations including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch in their periodical reports have raised alarm bells over the gross and systematic violations of human rights being continuously committed with impunity by the Indian occupation forces.

The report maintained that the Kashmiris’ lives, dignity and freedom are at the mercy of brutal Indian troops who are violating global laws and agreements by depriving the Kashmiris of all basic rights. Indian troops, the report added, are perpetrating grave HR violations including extra-judicial killings, arbitrary detentions and enforced disappearances during so-called CASOs taking place every now and then in the occupied territory.

Even women and children are not spared during violent military operations in IIOJK, it said and added that right violations have reached alarming proportions since abrogation of Article 370 by the Modi regime in August 2019.

Kashmiris’ lives have been made hell by Indian occupational troops, while RSS-backed Indian govt is using every undemocratic method to fortify its military hold in IIOJK endangering peace and security of South Asian, the report warned. The report urged the UN to take notice of heinous rights violation by Indian troops in IIOJK.
