QUETTA:Dr Arbab Kamran Kasi, Medical Superintendent, Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta, paid a visit to Out Door Patient Departments (OPDs) of Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta on Thursday.
AMS, Dr. Ghulam Sarwar, RM, OPD Dr. Iqbal Kasi and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Anwar-ul-Haq also accompanied him. During visit to different OPDs, Kasi issued instructions to RM, OPD, Dr. Iqbal Kasi to provide available facilities to patients coming to OPDs. Security staff were directed to remain vigilant while performing duties and in case of emergency, inform authorities so that any untoward situation could be avoided.
Kasi also visited the OPD Room and inspected the procedure of issuing laboratory slips and OPDs.
Meanwhile, Government of Balochistan has upgraded posts of different categories in the Prisons Inspectorate Balochistan with effect from December 24, 2020. The post of J.V.T (BPS-07) has been upgraded to BPS-09, Mualium-ul-Quran (BPS-6) to BPS-9 and J.E.T (BPS-09) to BPS-14, according to a notification issued by Home and Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Balochistan on December 24, 2020.
Fencing of Gwadar has been challenged before the High Court of Balochistan. Muneer Ahmed Kakar, Vice Chairman, Balochistan Bar Council filed a constitutional petition before the High Court of Balochistan challenging fencing of Gwadar. Accepting constitutional petition, High Court of Balochistan fixed December 28, 2020 as date for hearing of the constitutional petition.
