NAB’s sun shining Across the Country due to Accountability for All policy: Chairman

Islamabad, May 06, 2018 (PPI-OT): Honourable Justice Mr. Javed Iqbal, Chairman NAB has said that NAB’s sun is shining across the country due to NAB’s ‘Accountability of All’ policy. NAB is committed to nab corrupt, Proclaimed Offenders and Absconders by using all its resources. The whole nation has pinned hopes on NAB for eradication of corruption with iron hands. NAB will come up to the expectations of the nation.

He said that NAB has initiated complaint verifications, inquiries and investigations against politicians, bureaucrats and ex-military officers across the board on alleged allegations of corruption etc. The indiscriminate action has increased the prestige of NAB manifold due to indiscriminate and visible action against the mighty as the aim of NAB is to apprehend the corrupt and deposit the looted amount in the national exchequer.

He said that NAB has rejuvenated in 7 months to eradicate corruption at all cost from Pakistan. He directed all DGs of NAB for not sparing any corrupt, dragging them in the dock. He said that the number of complaints has been increased as compared to the same period of last year from Oct 11, 2017 to May 06, 2018. The comparative figures are indicative of the hard work, transparency being put in by all ranks of NAB staff in an atmosphere of renewed energy and dynamism, where fight against corruption is being taken as a national duty.

He said that the whole nation is with NAB for eradication of corruption. He said that NAB is taking visible and indiscriminate action against the corrupt. Corrupt are being investigated as per law. All officers of NAB are performing their duties honestly in accordance with law. Due to proactive NAB’s policy on “Accountability for All’ have started yielding positive results.
