Karachi:The Sindh government has started implementation of its announced Karachi package for the citizens of Karachi.
Under the Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Program, construction of road from Malir Saudabad Chowrangi to Thadu Nala has been started. Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Spokesperson of Sindh Government and Advisor for Law, Environment and Coastal Development tweeted about the project and shared details of the project.
Wahab said that a standard highway from Saudabad Chowrangi to Thadu Nala was being constructed. He said that the project was part of the Sindh government’s Rs 1.1 trillion Karachi package which would be completed within the stipulated time.
He also said that this highway would be opened to the public by the end of next month i.e. 31st October, 2020. Other projects for the betterment of the city and the welfare of the citizens will also be completed within time.
