The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has postponed its scheduled rally in Nawabshah, originally set for May 9, due to prevailing national circumstances.
According to Waqar Mehdi, General Secretary of PPP Sindh, the decision was made considering the current state of affairs in the country. The rally was to be held in the Shaheed Benazirabad Division.
The PPP has not announced a new date for the event. The party emphasized that the postponement is temporary and was decided for the safety and security of participants.
Party officials stated that further updates regarding the rally will be communicated in due course.
