No clue about Kashmiri man abducted by RAW in Qatar

Srinagar, November 24, 2020 (PPI-OT):A Kashmiri man, identified as Muneeb Ahmad Sofi, was abducted by Indian intelligence agency, RAW, in Qatar went missing in the custody of the notorious secret agency. Sofi, a resident of Kanelwan Bijbehara area of Islamabad district who was working in a juice factory in Qatar, is missing since one week.

The friends of the victim said when they connected all dots, came to know, Muneeb was abducted by Indian agency RAW, since then, no one knows about him while Indian police authorities in IIOJK have categorically refused to register FIR. They registered a false case against Muneeb in Kulgam Police Station.

His father Bilal Ahmad Sofi said, “His son Muneeb was working in a juice factory in Doha, Qatar; we lost contact with him since 18 October 2020. We have been running from pillar to post to find Muneeb who is 20 years old.” His father said that the Indian forces had been constantly harassing him over phone calls.

“I was summoned to a police station in Srinagar where they asked me about my son,” Bilal Ahmad Sofi said. Meanwhile, Indian troops went berserk and beat up ruthlessly several people in Pampore area of Pulwama district.
