Islamabad police have captured a member of a notorious robbery ring operating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The suspect, identified as Tasawar Hussain, was apprehended by the Karachi Company police station team.
Authorities confiscated cash, jewelry, a vehicle, and a firearm with ammunition believed to have been used in the crimes. Hussain is already facing charges in both cities, and detectives are pursuing further inquiries.
Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Muhammad Shoaib Khan has ordered an intensified crackdown on criminal elements to safeguard residents and their belongings. He emphasized that law enforcement will not tolerate any disruption of public safety. The police department encourages citizens to report suspicious individuals or behavior via the “Pucar-15” emergency hotline.
