One more Hindu trader looted in Naundero

NAUNDERO: Criminals continued to target the hometown of Bhutto leaders as one more Hindu trader was deprived of Rs100,000 cash on Sunday, a few days ahead of Eidul Azha. According to details, two armed men entered the shop of Pardeep Kumar at Allahwala Chowk, made the shop owner captive, searched the counter, looted Rs100, 000 cash, costly mobile phone and escaped after swift operation. On hearing the news, DSP Naundero Ghulam Murtaza Mirani reached the spot, obtained details and started investigation. Pardeep told the police that the masked armed men had masks and looted him on gunpoint. Businessmen and shopkeepers announced that if the law and order situation was not improved, they would be forced to observe a shutterdown strike against the police.

Other shopkeepers, Nizamuddin Shah, Seth Choith Ram, Nizamuddin Junejo and others also reached the spot and warned the DSP to recover the looted goods immediately or else, they will be forced to observe shutter down strike for maintaining law and order in the hometown of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardai. It must be mentioned here that thefts committed earlier in the houses of Zulfiqar Channo and Nasir Abro have not yet been recovered apart from other crimes.

Meanwhile, SSP transferred eight cops, including two ASIs, two head constables and four constables, out of Naundero police station on 16th July on complaints that they were involved in crimes but they were not relieved despite passage of three days. They include ASIs Kabir Gad, Fida Khakhrani,, head constables Mazhar Shahani, and Muhammad Ismail Khoor, constables Khalil Leghari, Sudheer Jogi, Zulfiqar Shah, and Akhtiar Junejo.
