The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, stated on Sunday that the Pakistan Armed Forces have given a powerful response to Indian aggression by shooting down Indian Rafale jets and destroying airbases. He mentioned that the nation salutes the bravery of the Pakistan Army.

President Chaudhry clarified that the core issue of tension between Pakistan and India is the Kashmir dispute, which poses a threat to peace in South Asia. He urged the international community to understand the sensitivity of the Kashmir issue and work towards its resolution.

He emphasized that any negotiations should be trilateral to include the Kashmiri people in finding a sustainable solution to the issue. President Chaudhry urged overseas Kashmiris to highlight Indian aggression at the international level and bring the Indian government’s Hindutva policies to the world’s attention.

He further stated that India is targeting innocent civilians along the Line of Control and oppressing Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir. Overseas Kashmiris should effectively respond to these actions by India and inform the world.
