Islamabad, April 04, 2018 (PPI-OT): President Mamnoon Hussain says Pakistan has effectively addressed the issue of terrorism and its sacrifices and contribution in curbing this menace will be remembered in world’s history. Addressing the first ever International Islamabad Counter-terrorism Forum in Islamabad, he said Pakistan took pragmatic measures against terrorism in shape of Operations Zarb-e-Azb and Radd-ul-Fasaad, and registered a great success.
He said the nation and our law enforcement agencies deserve felicitation for dismantling this menace. The President said complete harmony among all schools of thought, state institutions and other social segments is vital for fighting terrorism. He urged participants of the conference to come up with practical suggestions to rid the world of terrorism.
