Chairman of the Pasban Democratic Party, Altaf Shakoor, made it clear that the success achieved on the battlefield will not be wasted at the negotiating table. He emphasized the adoption of political strategies instead of force in the country.

Altaf Shakoor stated that Pakistan has a golden opportunity to lead Asia and the Muslim Ummah, and leaders should devise strategies after thoughtful consideration. He warned against promoting minor politicians and missing this opportunity.

He further mentioned that the West is disappointed with India, and Pakistan should take advantage of this golden opportunity. However, this progress is not possible without peace and order. All stakeholders should be given the opportunity to participate in the race for development.

Altaf Shakoor stressed the need to engage in firm negotiations with India on the issues of Kashmir and water, and advised Pakistan to announce the termination of the Shimla Agreement. He also emphasized the need for restructuring the political system so that every citizen can participate in elections.

Shakoor added that the narrative against the country has faded, and it is the responsibility of politicians to remain united for the safety and stability of the country. He advised the Prime Minister of Pakistan to refrain from repeatedly thanking US President Trump.
