Pakistan, India urged to initiate dialogue on Kashmir 

Srinagar, September 28, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League at a meeting in Srinagar discussed the present political situation in the Kashmir Valley. The participants of the meeting urged Pakistan and India to a initiate meaningful and result-oriented dialogue process for peaceful settlement of the Kashmir dispute.

They maintained that the lingering Kashmir dispute should be resolved politically instead of military might. The participants said that the unresolved Kashmir dispute has halted the prospects of development and a better future in the South Asian region. The meeting was attended by Sameer Ahmed, Rafiq Ahmed, Fayaz Ahmed, Riyaz Ahmed, Farooq Ahmed and Khursheed Ahmed.

Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement (JKMM) Information Secretary Shabbir Ahmed in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Modi’s fascist Indian government has resorted to clever tactics after failing in its nefarious designs to undermine Kashmiris’ struggle for freedom.

He said that Modi government was trying unsuccessfully to defame Kashmiri freedom fighters and freedom movement through its notorious agency NIA. He said that the sole purpose of this heinous conspiracy is to detain more Hurriyat leaders and activists. However, Shabbir Ahmed said that Kashmiri people would never allow India to succeed in its ulterior motives.

Jammu and Kashmir Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi Chairman, Abdul Samad Inqilabi in a statement denounced the Modi regime’s fascist policies in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and said that there was a jungle raj in the territory.
