The Pakistan International Maritime Expo and Conference was held at the Bahria Auditorium in Karachi, where Sindh Minister for Industries and Commerce, Jam Ikramullah Dharijo, addressed the gathering and emphasized the economic importance of the maritime sector. He was welcomed by Rear Admiral Kashif Munir (Sitara-e-Imtiaz) and other officials. Secretary Industries and Commerce, Muhammad Yaseen Shar Baloch, also attended the event.

In an interactive discussion, the distinguished guest, Dharijo, lauded the expo as a valuable initiative. He pointed out the significant potential within the maritime industry, highlighting its capacity to boost the national economy and generate employment opportunities. The minister further stated that the exhibition would provide a platform for businesses to showcase their products globally. He assured the participants that the Sindh Industries and Commerce Department is committed to addressing the challenges faced by industrialists.
