The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan summoned the Indian Chargé d’Affaires on Wednesday to express a strong protest against what it described as unprovoked Indian strikes on multiple locations within Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

These incidents reportedly resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children.During the meeting, Pakistan conveyed its stance that the Indian actions represent a blatant infringement on its sovereignty.

The Ministry emphasized that such strikes are in direct violation of the United Nations Charter, international law, and the norms that govern interstate relations. Pakistan unequivocally dismissed India’s justifications for these alleged acts of aggression.

Furthermore, the Indian representative was cautioned that this perceived reckless behavior could severely jeopardize regional peace and stability. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs highlighted the seriousness of the situation and the potential for escalating tensions in the region.
