Pakistani PM to begin Turkey visit tomorrow

Islamabad Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan will start on Thursday a two-day visit to Turkey at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

This will be the prime minister’s first official visit to Turkey, said a Foreign Ministry statement, adding that Khan will be accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi; Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Khusro Bakhtiar; and Advisor to the Prime Minister on Commerce, Industries and Investment Abdul Razzaq Dawood.

Khan will meet Erdogan and discuss the entire spectrum of bilateral relations between the two countries as well as regional and international situation. He will also address a business forum and hold several meetings with Turkish businessmen and potential investors during his stay at Ankara, the statement said.
