Pakistani Rupee depreciates against major global currencies

According to data released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the value of the Pakistani Rupee depreciated against major global currencies on 19 June 2025. The British Pound (GBP) registered the highest increase, rising from 380.06 rupees to 383.09 rupees.

The value of the Euro also increased from 324.57 rupees to 327.45 rupees. The US dollar also saw an increase, rising from 284.13 rupees to 285.69 rupees.

– Interbank exchange rates also showed a decrease in the value of the rupee.
